Add a Group weight to custom object fields

Proposed functionality

Currently the field groups are ordered alphabetically. While there is a display weight that can influence the fields inside/outside the groups, a group weight needs to be made available for groups so they can be ordered to the user's needs.

Use case

This would allow the better display of information when adding, editing and viewing custom objects.
