Remove query parameters

For initial MVP we want to remove the query parameters from the function template since we won't be using them for caching in the initial release.

I believe @eduardoboucas has been the one to publish updates to the package so far. He should be able to guide.

We moved the package to https://github.com/netlify/functions-js.

@mrdg would you mind creating the PR there? I can also create it myself if you like.

Thanks @eduardoboucas , I've moved this issue over as well. Apologies, I wasn't aware the function-wrapper had been deprecated. I'll followup to ensure we archive that repo.
