• Constant ShipmentServiceInterface::MAX_SHIPMENTS_PER_REQUEST with the maximum number of shipments
  the API accepts in one call to create or cancel shipments, for splitting larger batches into multiple calls

Deprecated

• ShipmentOrderRequestBuilderInterface::setRequestIndex(), as the value is not used; response request indices
  are the position of the shipment in the request. It will be removed in a future major release
