Changed

  • Replace the signal-bar speed badge with a compact 270-degree gauge beside History and in tiled sessions, using a fixed 100 tok/s scale and theme-aware gray-to-blue colors.
  • Keep short replies readable with secondary text colors. Distinguish missing data, zero, and speeds below 1 tok/s; abbreviate speeds of 1000 tok/s or more as 1k+ while retaining their full values in the panel.
  • Show the last completed turn's estimated speed and unit in the statistics panel, hover text, and accessible button label.

Fixed

  • Give speed controls their own 44×44-pixel click areas without overlapping History or increasing navigation or tiled-header height.
  • Keep gauge digits legible on narrow screens and provide visible keyboard focus.

Validation: 360 Chromium browser checks and 5 WebKit checks passed, together with Go tests, the race detector, vet, packaging tests, and release-gate tests. All five native binaries and six npm package archives were validated against the accepted candidate checksums.
