Nextflow installer does not work when running behind a proxy server #54

Nextflow installer download required dependencies on-demand by using Capsule project.

Unfortunately it does not support proxy server, thus when running behind a proxy server the installer in unable to download required dependencies.

I've a created a pull request that add to Capsule to download dependencies through a proxy server.
