Fix the empty-host config fallback to use ~/Library/Application Support/Nextpad++/plugins/Config instead of the legacy ~/.nextpad++ (PR #211). Primary path already used NPPM_GETPLUGINSCONFIGDIR; host migrates existing data. Also stamps the dylib version.

First macOS release of DSpellCheck — live spell-checking for Nextpad++.

• In-app Download Dictionaries dialog (LibreOffice/OpenOffice .aff/.dic)
• Settings (Simple + Advanced)

Dictionaries are not bundled — install them from the Download Dictionaries dialog
(Plugins ▸ DSpellCheck ▸ Change Current Language ▸ Download Languages…).

Requires Nextpad++ 1.0.6 or later. Original Windows plugin by Sergey Semushin (Predelnik), GPL v2.
