It's great we now have Nextclade Pango Lineage as coloring in ncov.
Could be useful to also color branches = internal nodes.
I have a script for that, that takes aliases etc into account, so if you have BA.5.2 and BA.5.3 tips, it decides the internal node has BA.5 etc

It may need to be adapted slightly but it should work well - it's what I use in Nextclade after all.
