Update test checksums in seqkit modules to allow for upgrades

Description of the bug

Some seqkit modules have checksum checks on versions.yml.

This along with other test checksum failures makes it difficult to update the seqkit version across all modules

For the time being only some of the modules are being kept up-to-date with new seqkit releases, e.g.
