docs: branding update - remove boostrap tables

Proposed changes

Replace NGINX as a Service for Azure with NGINXaaS for Azure as per branding guidelines.

Replace bootstrap-tables with the new shortcode

LGTM, but please be aware the new table shortcode may not be strictly necessary.

The new table default styling works great in most cases: the table shortcode mostly comes in handy for gigantic tables.
