A tiny fix/enhancement for https://docs.nginx.com/nginx/admin-guide/basic-functionality/managing-configuration-files/

• path for FreeBSD for NGINX Plus
• nginx -V and --config-path parameter that allows you to find out your config path
• Sentence-case titles, nbsp removal
