nginx-acme should expose the ACME account URI in some way, such as in a file in the state directory.

Additional Context
Registering an ACME account should return an account URI. The account URI can be used in CAA DNS records to restrict certificate issuance to a certain account, as documented in RFC 8657 and implemented by Let's Encrypt.
Certbot and acme.sh write the account URI into a file.
