CrowSetup installs the GLM-5.3-Flash point from Hugging Face; the README images show the shipped points. Windows assets only, as for v3.4.0.

Changed

  • CrowSetup downloads the GLM-5.3-Flash container (#365, 2026-10-12). Its upload to nibor1896/GLM-5.3-Flash-MUL1K3 finished on 2026-10-12 (commit f78b8307, GLM-5.3-Flash-MUL1K3.cnq 124,591,634,567 B, sha256 9ce11456… as in that repo's SHA256SUMS). manifests/stack.json marks the file published at that commit, so the glm53-flash point no longer needs a local --source.
  • Version 3.4.1 in cli/crow_core.py, install.ps1 and manifests/operating-point.json; the README image's version pill.
  • The README image shows the five operating points CrowSetup installs (bf2742f, 2026-10-12): Flash-Next, 27B, GLM-5.3-Flash, Image Stack, Media Stack, instead of the earlier llama.cpp lines; two features added (engine updates in About, operating points).

Install / upgrade

  • Existing install: Settings → About → install 3.4.1, restart Crow.
  • New install, or GLM-5.3-Flash added: download CrowSetup.exe below and pick GLM-5.3-Flash; the container now downloads from Hugging Face.
