Created branch to include mods that make the plugin compatible with Redmine v2.2.1. (My first commit on GH :))
Fixed hour calculation bug that occurred with certain versions of Internet Explorer
Allow users to enter hours only by defaulting the start time
Introduced a Now button, also the minutes are now accurate to the minute
Included additional changes to edit page that was preventing ticket Preview and Notes update.

Hi,
I've made some mods that make the plugin compatible with Redmine 2.2.1, as well as some other useful additions.
