Completing type annotations

Hi! I've seen that your lib got most of the type annotations recently: python/typeshed#12583

Do you have plans to:

• Complete __init__.py's annotations? Like we have in https://github.com/python/typeshed/blob/main/stubs/python-datemath/datemath/__init__.pyi
• Add py.typed file to the project?

If so, we can stop providing our own stubs in typeshed.
