v1.6.2 — folder colors: cover the first position too

The missing folder color fixed in 1.5.0 used nth-child(11n + 12), which skips position 1. In some Obsidian versions the first top-level folder sits at position 1, so it could still render blank. Now nth-child(11n + 1), which covers 1, 12, 23 and so on. Thanks to Brendan for the report.
