Update `share2nightscout-bridge`

How to update share2nightscout-bridge? It depends on how you installed your bridge originally:

For people who installed using Heroku:

For people who installed using Azure's WebJobs.

Delete the old webjob. Create a new one, same routine as installing, find the https://github.com/bewest/share2nightscout-bridge/releases/latest download called nightscout-sidecar.zip and create a new job, deleting the old one.
