0.12.1 — confidential rootfs images publish again
Since 2026-10-26 Aleph's IPFS hosts (ipfs.aleph.cloud, ipfs-2.aleph.im,
ipfs.aleph.im) answer every /api/v0/ call with 404, so
aleph-confidential-rootfs could not publish an image. It now sends the image
and its signed STORE message in one request to an API node's
/api/v0/ipfs/add_file, which takes up to 1 GiB that way and keeps the file
in the same call. The CID is computed first, the way ipfs add does, because
the node checks it (#203). Tested with an 867 MB confidential rootfs: the CIDs
matched and the STORE was processed at once.
The places that still name the dead hosts (default upload URLs, the rootfs
manifest upload in the reusable workflow, the profiles' build scripts) are
listed in #204.
