Changes:
- Qualifysanity is now the default checks, with a minimum of 75 qualify checks, 750 qualify checks max (You start with 10% of the cap, gain 5% increase with each Progressive Qualify Cap)
- Race Checks now require the Racer Crown
- Final Round checks now require Finalist Crown
- Race checks, Survival Checks, Logic Checks, and Points checks are now toggleable to be turned off in the yaml (If you don't want RNG to decide if you encounter the checks you need, this allows you to just play with only qualify checks if you so wish)
- Fixed a bug where Qualify X Times would send in places when it shouldn't. (Ex: When logging into the game)
