The Tempateflow version of the MNIInfant differs from the version of the template found in the dcan lab repo. This is a rough computation of the transform calculated with FSL FLIRT.

This PR incorporates the work from #72 into nibabies proper, registering each subcortical ROI (in
MNIInfantspace) independently toMNI152NLin6Asymspace.Future improvements would be to concatenate BOLD ->
MNIInfant->MNI152NLin6Asymtransforms and everything with one step resampling (see #96)
