This should've been fixed by #328915, has that not made it to the channel you're using?

I'm using unstable, i see that the patch its not there yet https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/blob/nixos-unstable/pkgs/tools/graphics/quirc/default.nix#L58

just have to wait a little bit

Apparently we are facing the same issue, my issue #329871. I'm also on the unstable channel.

Edit: just updated my flake.lock, it works.
