Introduce SplineCamera type with helpers to build spline curve, progress keyframes, rotation options and spline definitions, plus creation of CameraSplinePacket and CameraInstructionPacket usage (todo: implement fully). Update BaseCamera imports and docblock to use CameraProgressOption.
