This repository shares python codes for epidemic modelling with SEIR models. Agent-based modelling is used in the models.    

In “SEIR_Random_Network.py”, social connections are represented by a random network. On the other hand, social connections are represented by a scale-free network in “SEIR_ScaleFree_Network.py”. Multiplex network is used in “SEIR_MultiplexNetwork_DataFit.py”.    

Data for COVID-19 cases in Singapore from 23 Jan 2020 to 13 May 2020 is provided in “SG_COVID.csv”.
