Turns out I was missing a TON of inventory values, fixed that now.
Most have been updated to their in-game names but I couldn't find some others in the tf_english so I just eyeballed them.

To use the emulator, put it in the root of your TF2 folder and replace the exe, then run via the tf.exe
(It won't ever get you vac banned, but you should run it with -insecure anyway for private servers)
