Registered cell renderers for list columns: a module registers a key and a Blade view on ListCellRendererRegistry, a column opts in with cell: {key} next to its type. Sorting, filtering, alignment, CSV and the formatted text keep following type; table, card grid and widget list render the same cell (#206).
