Content-only configuration now isolates Skill discovery, automatically loaded instructions, read-time instruction attachment, and TUI configuration to explicitly configured sources. Standalone discovery remains unchanged.

Validation: 161 tests passed, 3 platform skips, 1 existing TODO; type checking passed. The Linux executable excludes ambient Skills under content-only mode.
