Fixed

• Override namespace in the docs: docs/TEMPLATES.md, USAGE.md, CONFIGURATION.md, UPGRADING.md, the README
  and the web_ui.templates config info documented {% extends '@!NowoAuthKitBundle/...' %}, which fails with "There
  are no registered paths for namespace "!NowoAuthKitBundle"". The bundle-original namespace is @!NowoAuthKit/...
  (Symfony's "!" namespace of the bundle); every snippet now uses it. AuthPagesKernelTest asserts the documented
  namespace resolves and that no doc mentions the wrong one.
• QR challenge with a Stimulus controller: with web_ui.qr_login.stimulus_controller set, data-controller and
  the data-<id>-*-value attributes were on the challenge root while the continue and retry targets render in the
  form actions, outside it, so Stimulus never found them. The controller attributes now sit on the auth panel
  (AuthPage::attributes, built by the new AuthPageFactory::stimulusAttributes()), the common ancestor of the
  challenge and of the actions. PageContractTest asserts every data-<id>-target is a descendant of the controller
  element.
• Password reset request links the code page: with password_reset.delivery: code or both the reset request
  page now links the code-entry page ("I already have a code", reset.request.enter_code, all 7 locales) before "Back
  to sign in". delivery: link is unchanged.
• QR approve link always offered: "Open approve link on your phone" was rendered only without a QR image. It is
  now also rendered next to the image ([data-nowo-auth-kit-qr-region="link"], Stimulus target link) for the
  same-device flow and screen readers; without an image it stays the image region as before.
