FrankenPHP worker compatibility with kernel not reset between requests:
EntityManager recovery, submission detach, HINT_REFRESH reads,
WorkerSafeServiceEntityRepository, and MySQL demo migrations.

Fixed

• FrankenPHP worker mode (no kernel reset): closed EntityManager recovered on bundle routes (kernel.request / kernel.exception) and after a failed submission flush, so one DB error no longer breaks later requests on the worker.
• FrankenPHP worker mode: submissions (and values) are detached after event + notification so personal data does not accumulate in a long-lived identity map.
• FrankenPHP worker mode: findOneEnabledBySlug() / findByFormOrdered() fetch-join translations with Query::HINT_REFRESH so cross-worker admin edits are visible on the next public request.
• FrankenPHP worker mode: repositories always resolve the current manager from the registry (ORM 3 ServiceEntityRepositoryProxy no longer keeps a closed EM after resetManager()).
• Demo (REQ-DEMO-011): FrankenPHP image installs pdo_mysql; demo Doctrine migrations rewritten for MySQL (were SQLite AUTOINCREMENT).
