• Translation tabs (contact form edit and field wizard content step) render through FormKit 2.13 locale_tabs
  (mode entries) and UiKit 2.5's locale_tabs partial instead of Bootstrap tabs: the default locale
  (kernel.default_locale when enabled) listed first and marked ★, every locale marked * (title / label required),
  invalid tabs marked ! and opened first, aria-invalid on invalid widgets, the locale child a hidden input,
  WAI-ARIA keyboard navigation, stacked fieldsets without JavaScript, theme slots tabs / tab / tab_active /
  tab_panel. Tabs were sorted alphabetically before. Translation entries use error_bubbling: false.
• admin/layout.html.twig no longer loads the Bootstrap JS bundle from the CDN; the admin locale menu (3+ locales) is
  a native <details> menu, and admin/base.html.twig loads the UiKit runtimes through UiKit's scripts partial.
• New Twig function contact_form_admin_default_locale().
• Requires nowo-tech/form-kit-bundle ^2.13 and nowo-tech/ui-kit-bundle ^2.5.1 (UiKit 1.x is no longer supported).
