Performance

• Retention cleanup in chunks. SubmissionRetentionCleanupService::cleanup() called find() for every expired
  submission and removed them all in one flush (a 50 000-row backlog lived in one unit of work). Submissions are now
  loaded with one findBy(['id' => …]) per chunk of 500, then flushed and cleared per chunk.
