Release v2.5.0: complete translations for 24 locales, api.enabled/path_prefix wired, configuration docs.

• api.enabled and api.path_prefix were ignored (routes.yaml hard-coded GET /api/menu/{code}). The bundle routes.yaml now delegates to MenuApiRouteLoader (type nowo_dashboard_menu_api): no nowo_dashboard_menu_api route when api.enabled: false, otherwise GET {api.path_prefix}/{code} (default unchanged: /api/menu/{code}).
• Translations: 24 locales (ar, ca, cs, da, el, fi, he, hu, id, ja, ko, nb, pl, pt_BR, ro, ru, sk, sv, th, tr, uk, vi, zh_CN, zh_TW) were missing 64 admin keys and shipped the remaining strings in English; every catalogue is now fully translated. A new key/placeholder parity test covers all locales.

• Docs: menu_link_resolver_choices, the api route loader and every dashboard.css_class_options key (including section_*, section and divider, which also provide rendering defaults) are documented in docs/CONFIGURATION.md.
• Dev: vitest and @vitest/coverage-v8 upgraded to 4.1, happy-dom to 20 and vite to 8 (vitest 4 peer requirement).
