Changed

• Item labels as locale tabs: the label_<locale> rows of the item form (page, dialog and Live component) render
  as one tab per locale through the FormKit locale_tabs include (fields mode) and the UiKit locale_tabs partial:
  the default locale (nowo_dashboard_menu.default_locale) listed first and marked, the first tab with errors opened,
  keyboard navigation, stacked fieldsets without JavaScript. In the Live component the inputs keep their data-model
  binding (new MenuItemBasicType / MenuItemType option live_model, set by the component) and the open tab
  survives re-renders. Translations of locales that are not configured are kept on save.
• Form spacing (Beacon audit): the item form container (nowo-dashboard-menu-form), its sections
  (nowo-dashboard-menu-fieldset) and the new field wrappers (nowo-dashboard-menu-rows, also on the Live component
  root) stack their rows with the UiKit row gap token --nowo-ui-form-row-gap (rows were glued together inside
  div.nowo-dashboard-menu-form, out of reach of the UiKit form gap). dashboard.js no longer forces
  display: block on the toggled field blocks (it clears the inline value).
• Requires nowo-tech/form-kit-bundle ^2.13 (was ^2.0) and nowo-tech/ui-kit-bundle ^2.5.1 (was ^2.2).

Added

• Translation key form.menu_item_type.labels_by_locale (label of the tab list) in every shipped locale.

• Demo: /demo/live-item-form/{menuId}/{itemId} renders the whole item form as the Live component (label tabs inside
  Live); README screenshot of the item dialog re-captured with the label tabs.

Removed

• CSS class nowo-dashboard-menu-locales (the grid of label rows).
