v2.12.0: opt-in combobox Stimulus peer

• Opt-in combobox Stimulus peer (src/Resources/assets/stimulus-peers/combobox_controller.ts, identifier combobox): searchable picker over static server-rendered options that writes the chosen data-value into a (hidden) input. WAI-ARIA 1.2 editable combobox with list autocomplete (fills missing role / aria-expanded / aria-controls / aria-autocomplete / aria-selected / ids, aria-activedescendant for the active option), keyboard support (ArrowDown / ArrowUp with wrap, Alt+ArrowDown, Enter, Escape, Tab), close on outside pointer, combobox:change event. Copy is neutral and configurable: requiredMessage value → query data-required-message → "Please select an option.". Values open, requiredMessage, selectedClass, activeClass; targets query, value, list, option, empty. Not built or registered by the bundle — hosts import it into their own Stimulus app. Ported from Symfony Beacon (spec 138 FR-010); fixes the host version's list reopening after a selection and the required message being cleared by the follow-up focus.
