Fixed

• Locale tabs heading styles: .nowo-form-kit-locale-tabs__title and __help had no size or colour (hosts added
  their own CSS). locale-tabs.css now sets the title size (0.875rem, weight 600), a smaller muted help
  (--nowo-ui-help-text / --nowo-ui-muted, neutral fallback) and the label gap between heading and tabs
  (--nowo-ui-form-label-gap, fallback 0.5rem); tunable with --nfk-locale-tabs-title-size,
  --nfk-locale-tabs-help-size, --nfk-locale-tabs-label-gap. With the UiKit renderer the help also gets the UiKit
  muted slot (unless help_class is passed), so its colour follows the theme without the stylesheet.

Changed

• nowo-tech/ui-kit-bundle (require-dev / suggest) is now ^2.5.3 (locale tab list without the tabs margin,
  kebab <button> items).
• .php-cs-fixer.dist.php: new ParallelConfig(2) (REQ-CS-001).
