Release v1.9.0: security - segment-aware exclusions.path_prefixes.

Security

  • exclusions.path_prefixes are now segment-aware, like the panel prefix in 1.8.0: /api exempts /api and /api/… but no longer unrelated paths such as /apix or /api-docs. Append * (e.g. /api*) to keep a raw string-prefix match; a prefix ending in / is matched as-is.
