Release v3.7.2: dashboard shows only the active advanced-filters toggle label

• Dev only — composer test-coverage-90 / test-coverage-100: the scripts were written as "@test-coverage && php scripts/check-coverage.php …", so Composer appended && php … --min-percent=N as arguments to PHPUnit, which rejected --min-percent. They now run PHPUnit with coverage and then scripts/check-coverage.php with the threshold as two script steps; make test-coverage-100 uses the Composer script. test-coverage disables Composer's 300 s process timeout (the isolated coverage run takes ~4 min).
• Dashboard filters — "Show/Hide Advanced Filters" toggle: the Bootstrap filter card (nowo_performance.Filters component and _filters_bootstrap.html.twig include) rendered both labels at once because no CSS hid the inactive one until the collapse was toggled. The initial state is now rendered server-side: when no advanced filter has a value the panel is collapsed and only "Show Advanced Filters" is visible; when one is set the panel renders expanded (.collapse.show, aria-expanded="true") with only "Hide Advanced Filters". The JS auto-expand on load was removed; the collapse events still swap the labels when toggled.
