Allows nowo-tech/ui-kit-bundle 2.x (^1.4 || ^2.2) so hosts can move to UiKit 2.2. See UPGRADING.

  • Allows nowo-tech/ui-kit-bundle 2.x (^1.4 || ^2.2); the dev lock and the demo lock use 2.2.0. Templates are unchanged (compatibility release). With UiKit 2.x nowo-ui.css ships in @layer nowo-ui, so unlayered host/framework CSS wins equal-specificity conflicts with kit rules in the dashboard; to keep the 1.x cascade, override the Performance/base.html.twig stylesheets block and link css/nowo-ui.unlayered.css (UiKit 2.x only).
