Sentry: anonymous requests on a worker no longer inherit the previous user on the scope. See UPGRADING.

Fixed

• Worker mode: no stale user on the Sentry scope. SentryRequestListener set the user (and the optional
  session_id extra) on the hub scope, which outlives the request under FrankenPHP / RoadRunner workers, and never
  cleared them: errors of a later anonymous request on the same worker were attributed to the previous user. With
  set_user_info the user is now removed when the request has none, and with set_session_id the extra is reset when
  no session is started.
