Release v1.19.2: setup route loader reloadable in the same worker; restore heartbeat throttle reset.

Fixed

  • SetupRouteLoader threw SiteBackup setup routes already loaded. when the router was rebuilt in the same process (FrankenPHP worker, bin/console / dev server --watch reloading the route cache), because the loader service remembered its first load() call. The loader is now stateless: every call returns a fresh, identical collection of setup routes.
  • RestoreOrchestrator kept its heartbeat throttle timestamp across restores in a long-lived worker. It now implements ResetInterface and starts each restore with a fresh throttle. DoctrineDbalSetupProgressStorage::reset() also resets its step journal's schema memo.

  • PanelRouteLoader: behaviour-neutral Rector rewrite (__DIR__ . '/../…' path) and an Igor note on the locally imported collection.
