Release v2.13.1
v2.13.1
Changelog
Peers type-check under strict host tsconfigs; product tour records seen on every close (driver.js 1.8–1.10). See UPGRADING.
Fixed
- Stimulus peers type-check under a stricter host
tsconfig:noUncheckedIndexedAccess,exactOptionalPropertyTypes,
noImplicitOverride,noImplicitReturns,noFallthroughCasesInSwitch,isolatedModulesand
verbatimModuleSyntax(ES2022 target). Lifecycle methods and statictargets/valuescarryoverride;
ConfirmOptions(ask_confirm.ts) accepts explicitundefinedvalues; index reads inlisting_customizer_controller.ts
andtabs_controller.tsare typed. Newtsconfig.strict-host.json, checked bypnpm run typecheck(CI), keeps the
peers' sources on those options. Hosts no longer need to hide the peers fromtscbehind a declaration file. - Product tour (
product-tourpeer): closing a tour (close button, Esc, overlay, Done,product-tour#stop) records it
as seen and dispatchesproduct-tour:endeditself, instead of waiting for driver.js'sonDestroyed. driver.js
(1.8 to 1.10) never callsonDestroyedfor a tour destroyed before its first highlight settled, so a tour closed
during its opening animation stayed unseen (it auto-started again on every visit) and keptdata-tour-active. The
end runs once whichever path comes first; a disconnect still tears down without marking seen, and a tour destroyed
because another driver.js instance started (driver.js 1.10 reasonreplaced) is cleaned up without being marked
seen. Checked against driver.js 1.8 and 1.10 hook semantics (unit tests with both, plus a browser probe of
1.8.0 / 1.9.0 / 1.10.2); dev dependencydriver.js1.10.2.
