The date-range popover always stays whole inside the viewport

Fixed

• Date-range panel out of the viewport (2.15.0, date-range peer): when the popover fitted neither below nor
  above the control it was placed below and its bottom overflowed the viewport (e.g. a two-month calendar at
  1280×720 with the field in the 4th row of a filter grid), so the lower days could not be reached with the pointer.
  The panel is now moved up until it is whole inside the viewport (it may cover the control); its height is capped
  to the viewport minus the margins (inline max-height, so a taller panel scrolls inside), and the left edge is
  clamped between both margins. Placement below / above and keyboard behaviour are unchanged.
