Tour tab without layout shift

Fixed

• Tour (partials/_tour.html.twig, Stimulus peer product-tour): the root is rendered with the hidden
  attribute and the peer removes it on connect(). Until then the "Tour this page" edge tab no longer sits in the page
  flow, where it pushed the page title down until the stylesheet made it position: fixed and everything jumped back
  up (cumulative layout shift). CSP-proof (an HTML attribute, no style=) and not overridable by a framework's
  [hidden] { display: none !important } (the tab only appears once the peer runs). Without JavaScript the tour (and
  its tab) stays hidden — it cannot run there anyway. Regression tests: the partial renders the root hidden, the peer
  shows it on connect.
• The link mode of partials/_edge_tab.html.twig (e.g. "Read this chapter in the manual") is unchanged: it has no
  script and must keep working without JavaScript, and hiding it with an attribute that a stylesheet reveals would keep
  it hidden for good under Tailwind v4's preflight ([hidden] { display: none !important } in the base layer).
