Changelog

Burger keeps the menu glyph in the icons rail and on phones before morph-icon loads, compact pagination without a stray per_page, nowo-ui-confirm-dialog--plain modifier. See UPGRADING.

Fixed

• App shell burger before morph-icon loads: the static X was chosen from aria-expanded, which is also true in the
  icons rail and on the (initially closed) phone drawer, so the menu glyph disappeared there; the layered !important
  could not be undone from host CSS. The burger now renders data-nowo-ui-burger-glyph="close|open" server side (close
  only for a fully expanded aside), the X shows only on desktop (≥ 901px) and phones start with the menu glyph.
• pagination_compact: links no longer append per_page=<n> when no per-page select is shown; it is kept when the
  select is shown or the request already chose a page size.
• Static burger glyphs and the burger <morph-icon> use stroke-width="2" (Tabler's), was 1.75.

Added

• nowo-ui-confirm-dialog--plain modifier (pass it as dialog_modifier): drops the kit dialog box (background, border,
  radius, shadow, padding, size, overflow) for hosts whose <dialog> is a transparent frame around their own panel.
