• Confirm in the kit dialog (re-audit OVR-03 from Symfony Beacon): the confirm-submit peer gains a dialog mode
  (data-confirm-submit-mode-value="dialog" or createConfirmSubmitController({ mode: 'dialog' })) that asks in a
  native <dialog> instead of window.confirm() — focus on Cancel, Escape / backdrop cancel, danger value for a
  destructive Confirm — and replays the held submit with its submitter (or the click) on Confirm. New module
  stimulus-peers/ask_confirm.ts: askConfirm() (Promise), pageConfirmLabels() (<html data-confirm-ok / data-confirm-cancel>), KIT_CONFIRM_CLASSES; host classes through the factory's classes. native stays the
  default. See STIMULUS.
• The locale switcher keeps the page #fragment (nowo-ui-shell.js, keepLocaleHash()): a link or a form inside
  [data-nowo-ui-locale-switcher] (partials/_locale_switcher.html.twig) gets the current fragment, so a language
  change reopens the same section (e.g. a manual chapter anchor).
