Installing as project dependency has no effect.

What / Why

When installing with npm i -D npm-merge-driver, conflicts are not resolved automatically.
I have also husky and other hooks installed, maybe this is the problem.
After running npx npm-merge-driver install , everything works as expected.

@uloco installing it as a project dependency just makes the npm-merge-driver CLI tool available in the project. At the end of the day, you still need to run install manually: npm-merge-driver install.

I added this command to the postinstall script in package.json so it gets installed once npm install is executed:

Maybe the docs are misleading then. Is this the expected behavior? If so, maybe consider running the post install phase automatically when installed locally?
