Vakyartha 8.32.0 — One typed answer path

@nranjan2code nranjan2code released this 24 Oct 07:18

Vakyartha 8.32.0 fixes live answer content being associated with an earlier request, which could show false “No result” notices when another turn starts. Live and saved answers now use the same typed rendering path. Existing rich card forms are offered by information shape, without domain-specific rules. Retired inline-card and whole-answer protocols are removed; the delivery worker protocol is version 2.

This release targets macOS on Apple silicon (aarch64). It removes retired presentation record variants without a compatibility reader. Older development ledgers containing those variants are unsupported; no reset or ledger rewrite is performed by installation.

Verification: 3,913 Rust tests and 47 client regression scripts passed during implementation; both UI bundles, strict TypeScript and workspace Clippy passed. The clean release gate independently passed the same 3,913 tests, with zero failures and 25 existing ignored tests. Artifact checksums and the executable version/commit stamp verify. Final expanded browser/native lifecycle verification remains open because the maintainer selected non-browser checks. One supplied-facts model sample added an unsupported “air temperature” qualifier; semantic grounding is not claimed as fully resolved.

These executable artifacts have no Developer ID signature or notarization. A macOS app bundle must be installed from the source tree through the managed installer; the executable feed does not update a desktop bundle’s frontend.

Packaging limitation: the three standalone executable ad-hoc signatures verify, but the managed desktop bundle fails the macOS bundle-signature check. Re-signing that bundle changes component digests and conflicts with the current install manifest. No signed/notarized app bundle or DMG is supplied by this release.

Local installation verification: managed component hashes pass; gateway and desktop services report 8.32.0 (8599cca). The existing conversation reopens, all 76 prior projected item contents remain unchanged, and a fresh installed direct-answer turn returns exactly 17. This is API/runtime acceptance, not final native visual acceptance.

  • A synchronous channel reply waits for the turn's settlement and session
handoff, so an immediate follow-up is not accidentally queued as steering
for a completed run. The initial reply still arrives promptly when already
    queued work continues.

  • Topics organise ongoing work under each Agent, with model-selected placement,
human corrections, direct navigation, pinning and explicit archive/reopen.
Automatic organisation can be turned off; Topics preserve the original
conversation and do not change access, approvals or historical context rules.

  • Doctor reports Topic record integrity, missing turn references and catalog
indexing status through the shared CLI, terminal, web and Admin health report.

Topics currently organise turns within their source conversation; cross-conversation merging and background summaries remain follow-up work.

Assets contain the native macOS arm64 component binaries and integrity metadata. For the complete desktop installation with frontend resources, build from this tag with scripts/build.sh.

Validation: full workspace formatting, clippy, tests, records, versions, documentation paths and Rust dependency advisories passed. Release assembly rebuilt the frontend bundles and verified binary version/commit provenance.
