The stable release

Usage of my little project has steadily increased and overall it seems that people find it useful. The bugs that have surfaced have been around edge cases, and as far as I can tell the main use cases have worked without problem.

Given this, I feel that it is time to declare this little project stable, with a 1.0.0 release.

Besides all healthy dose of dependency updates, this release contains the following changes:

• Fixes to users of hardware backed Sk* style keys using the optional nativecrypto code path.
• Implemented the ability to configure principals on ssh certs, see README.md for more information
• Fixed a SIGSEGV on module unload for users which configured the authorized_keys_command config item
• Fixed a bug for ssh cert users using RSA keys
