The poly-fills are javascript components that mimic the behaviour of HTML5 tags in browsers that do not recognized such tags. They provide backwards compatibility for HTML5 in browsers that do not support HTML5.
- Auto complete for text input fields (input list + datalist polyfill)
- Date picker (input type='date' polyfill, Calendar interface) - This feature dynamically generates a calendar interface for selecting a date in a form.
- Expandable/collapsible content (details/summary polyfill)
- Mathematical Scientific formula display (MathML polyfill)
- Persistent storage (localStorage polyfill, Web Storage (HTML5))
- Progress bar (progress polyfill)
- Slider control (input type=‘range’ polyfill)
