Added

  • ZoomableNetworkCustomChart passes the commit's camera to onLayoutCommit
as a third argument (NetworkLayoutCommitCamera). A zoomTo through it
applies inside that commit, so the run's marks paint under it, and its
getZoom reads the applied camera at once, which lets a host that swaps
layouts restage its camera and measure the result in one call.

Changed

  • Among the network edges whose hit band holds the pointer, the nearest stroke
takes the hover and click, with a tie going to the last painted, so a pointer
between two close strands picks the one it is on; a filled band still owns its
    interior. Lines and paths rank distance outside their painted stroke;
indexed picking skips duplicate curve candidates and prunes earlier paint
    orders after an on-stroke hit.
  • A change to minZoom, maxZoom or panBounds re-clamps a camera move in
flight to the new bounds, continuing a tween from its visible camera over its
remaining time, including when only the visible camera is clamped, instead
of cancelling it; locked, zoomEnabled and pan
changes still cancel. Layout anchoring applies its move in the commit.

Fixed

  • Theme providers inherit nested overrides, discard overrides removed from the
current prop, and avoid notifying chart consumers for equivalent inline
themes. Partial tooltip and accessibility updates preserve their other fields,
and nested automatic palettes follow system preferences before hydration.
Automatic descendants also inherit live parent changes in chart colors and
CSS, while changed props clear imperative overrides even when their resolved
    defaults are equal.
  • Release artifact preparation works from renamed checkouts, preserves scoped
package identities and lockfile dependency graphs, and cleans up failed
attempts so the output directory can be retried without overwriting evidence.
  • Selection dimming multiplies authored mark opacity once, preserving separate
fill and stroke opacity across canvas and SVG. Chart-wide staleness dimming
also applies to every mark, pulse overlay, and network particle. Animation
transitions and geographic decay retain the same opacity after settling.
Removed XY and ordinal marks preserve both paint channels throughout their
exit fade, including lines and areas that previously vanished on the first tick.
  • Tooltips reuse computed dimensions for placement, avoiding redundant viewport
measurements during pointer updates while preserving resize and CSS-scale handling.
