Token still in url on Twitch Bot Config Page

The token is left in the query parameters of the url so people bookmarking get a token in their bookmark. We would prefer to force a re-login to twitch whenever possible just because our permissions may have changed between the last time the user joined the site and now. The re-login should handle any differences in requested permissions on the twitch side.
