1401 2.6.4 for Windows

• Writing the stick no longer stops with "this is the disk the computer booted from" on PCs whose Windows storage service lists no disks. On that route, 1401 counted the stick's own boot partition as the PC's, and 28 of 29 such writes stopped there. It now refuses the disk holding the partition Windows actually started from.
• When Apple's recovery server answers "400 Bad Request", 1401 asks again over HTTPS. If it still fails, it says what to change (antivirus web scanning, a hotspot or a VPN) instead of showing only the error.
• Mac app: if a Mac's saved kernel panic shows IntelBTPatcher crashing Bluetooth at startup ("IOGMD: not wired"), the next driver update turns that kext off. Bluetooth keeps working through IntelBluetoothFirmware. Seven Tahoe laptops had this panic, one restarting ten times in twenty minutes.
• Mac app: a HiDPI (Retina) modes switch. It turns on the driver's larger desktop (boot-arg nvfbhidpi=1) that "looks like" sizes above half the screen need, for example 1920 x 1080 on a 2560 x 1440 screen, including sizes added with BetterDisplay.
• Laptops with AMD Ryzen AI 300 (Strix Point) processors are offered the USB input-lag fix XhciNudge when experimental drivers are on (#121).
• Mac app: the AMD / Intel test driver leaves alone any GPU that Apple's own drivers run.
• Bundles NVIDIA driver 2.6.4.
